WinWinPH Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance and Scope of This Agreement

By visiting, registering with, or using WinWinPH, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. Your agreement applies whenever you browse a betting category, manage an account, deposit Philippine pesos, accept a bonus, place a wager, request a withdrawal, or use any other WinWinPH feature.

4. Identity and Payment Verification

Documents must be genuine, readable, current, and unaltered. Providing false, misleading, borrowed, edited, or stolen documents is a serious breach of these WinWinPH Terms and Conditions. 5. Deposits, Payment Methods, and Account Balances

WinWinPH displays account transactions in Philippine pesos. Payment methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard when shown as available in the registered account. Availability, limits, processing times, and verification requirements may vary.

You should deposit only from a payment account or card that legally belongs to you. WinWinPH may reject third-party payments, reverse unsupported transactions, or ask for proof of payment ownership. The name associated with a payment method should match the verified WinWinPH account holder.

Always check the account instructions before sending funds. WinWinPH is not responsible for a delay or loss caused by incorrect payment details, an unsupported channel, inaccurate reference information, or action outside the displayed payment process. A deposit is available for betting only after WinWinPH records it as successfully received.

An account balance is not a bank account, savings product, or investment. No interest is earned. WinWinPH may correct an obvious balance error, duplicated credit, failed payment, chargeback, or incorrect settlement. You must not withdraw or wager funds that you know were credited by mistake.

6. Placing, Accepting, and Settling Bets

Before confirming a bet, review the event, selection, odds, stake, potential return, and market rules. A wager becomes valid only when WinWinPH accepts it and records it in the account history. A selection shown in a bet slip but not accepted by WinWinPH is not a completed wager.

Odds can change before acceptance, particularly during live betting. If the displayed price changes, the WinWinPH interface may ask you to accept the updated odds or apply an account preference selected by you. Connection delays, broadcast delays, and rapid market movement can affect whether a live bet remains available.

WinWinPH settles markets using official results and the rules applicable to the selected sport, esport, or game. Unless a market states otherwise, later disciplinary changes, appeals, or administrative decisions may not alter a result already settled from the official information available at the relevant time.

WinWinPH may void or recalculate a bet affected by an obvious error, incorrect participant, impossible price, wrong start time, duplicate market, data-feed failure, or result recorded contrary to the applicable market rules. Any correction will be based on the intended market and available official information, not on whether the correction benefits one side.

Postponements, abandonments, forfeits, player substitutions, shortened matches, venue changes, and interrupted esports series are handled under the applicable market rules. Players should review the available terms before placing event-specific bets.

7. Withdrawals and Transaction Reviews

A withdrawal request must be submitted through the available WinWinPH account process. Whenever practical, funds may be returned through a verified method connected to the account holder. WinWinPH may require completed identity and payment checks before approving a withdrawal.

Processing time can depend on the payment provider, verification status, banking schedule, transaction value, account history, or an active security review. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee that funds will arrive at a specific minute. InstaPay, PESONet, e-wallet, bank, and card processes may operate on different schedules.

WinWinPH may pause a withdrawal where there is a reasonable concern involving account ownership, duplicate accounts, suspicious betting, payment reversal, prohibited conduct, incomplete wagering conditions, or inconsistent information. A pause does not automatically mean the funds are forfeited; it allows WinWinPH to complete the necessary review.

You are responsible for confirming that your withdrawal information is accurate. WinWinPH may not be able to recover funds sent to incorrect details supplied by the player. Any tax reporting or payment obligation arising from winnings remains the responsibility of the account holder where applicable.

8. Bonuses, Promotions, and Promotional Funds

WinWinPH may offer selected bonuses, odds boosts, cashback, or other promotions. Participation is optional and may be limited by account, location, payment method, qualifying event, minimum transaction, time period, or other stated requirements.

Every WinWinPH promotion may include separate rules covering eligibility, opt-in steps, wagering requirements, qualifying odds, excluded markets, maximum conversion, expiry, and withdrawal conditions. Read those rules before accepting promotional funds. A bonus balance may not be treated the same way as a cash balance.

WinWinPH may cancel promotional participation where an account uses duplicate registration, coordinated wagering, payment reversal, low-risk manipulation, opposing bets intended only to unlock a bonus, or another method designed to obtain a benefit contrary to the promotion's purpose. Genuine recreational participation is required.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must use WinWinPH honestly and only for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:

• creating duplicate, false, shared, transferred, or third-party accounts;
• using another person's identity, payment method, documents, phone number, or credentials;
• attempting fraud, collusion, match manipulation, money laundering, or payment abuse;
• using automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or unauthorised software against WinWinPH;
• exploiting a technical error, delayed feed, incorrect odds, or mistaken account credit;
• threatening support personnel or submitting knowingly false transaction disputes;
• attempting to bypass account limits, verification checks, exclusions, or security controls.

WinWinPH may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and review connected accounts, devices, payment records, betting patterns, and relevant communications. Where appropriate, WinWinPH may void affected transactions, withhold improperly obtained benefits, restrict the account, or report activity when required.

10. Account Suspension, Closure, and Inactive Accounts

You may stop using WinWinPH and request account closure, subject to verification and the settlement of valid outstanding transactions. Open bets may remain active until settlement unless WinWinPH confirms another arrangement.

WinWinPH may suspend, restrict, or close an account for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, failed eligibility checks, security concerns, prohibited activity, legal requirements, payment disputes, or risk to the platform or other users. When possible and appropriate, WinWinPH will explain the account status and any required next step.

A closed WinWinPH account does not remove obligations created before closure. Pending reviews, valid chargebacks, incorrect credits, unresolved bets, and lawful record-keeping requirements may continue to apply.

11. Availability, Technical Errors, and Liability

WinWinPH works to provide a stable service, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet problems, device errors, payment interruptions, data-provider failures, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

If a connection ends while you are placing a bet, check the WinWinPH account history before trying again. A confirmation recorded in the account determines whether the wager was accepted. Do not assume that closing a browser, losing signal, or failing to see an animation automatically cancelled a completed transaction.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, WinWinPH is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the service, inability to access the service, reliance on unofficial information, device failure, or a third-party provider. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Responsible Gaming

WinWinPH is intended for controlled adult entertainment. Set a spending limit before betting and use only money left after essential expenses. Never use rent, food, tuition, medical funds, loan proceeds, or emergency savings for a wager.

WinWinPH may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect service changes, legal requirements, security practices, or updated operating procedures. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay by WinWinPH in enforcing one rule does not waive the right to enforce it later.
